Hi! My name is Addie, and I am from Bettendorf, Iowa. I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2026 with a B.A. in biology and studied ASL. I have spent the last 4 years working as a CNA in a nursing home and the past year working as a research assistant in the Nourski Lab. Those experiences deepened my interest in medicine and showed me how much I love medicine and helping people. I chose the MCA program to better understand human anatomy through a more hands-on education. Outside of school, I love hanging out with my friends, working out, going to concerts, binging TV shows, and cheering on the Hawkeyes!
