Hi! My name is Peighton and I am an Iowa native! I graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2023 with a B.S. in biology. I’ve spent the past two years working in the ER as a medical scribe. That experience really confirmed my passion for medicine and showed me how much I want to make a difference in my community as a future physician. I’m looking forward to building a deeper understanding of anatomy through the MCA program’s hands-on learning environment and research opportunities. I know this will be an important step in preparing me for medical school. Outside of school, I love doing puzzles, going to concerts, staying active, spending time with friends, and of course—cheering on the Hawkeyes!
